Transparency

Clear about what the product is, and what it is not.

Financial software is an easy place to imply more than is true. This page exists so a customer can decide whether it fits before paying for it, without reading between the lines of marketing copy.

The two lists that matter

This is a business CRM and operations platform. It organizes client relationships and the invoices, documents, financial records, follow-ups, and workflows around them. Money moves elsewhere; the platform is not a financial institution and does not act as a professional adviser.

What it does

  • Manages client records, engagements, invoices, documents, financial records, and deadlines
  • Structures records so they are easier to review
  • Tracks recurring financial and administrative responsibilities
  • Prepares organized exports and accountant handoffs
  • Publishes its operating entity, office, and contact details

What it does not do

  • Act as a bank, neobank, payment processor, or merchant acquirer
  • File taxes or provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice
  • Guarantee tax accuracy, tax savings, or regulatory compliance
  • Claim certifications, insurance, or approvals it has not obtained
  • Publish customer counts, testimonials, or metrics it cannot evidence

How to check any claim we make

Pricing is published

Every plan, what it includes, and what it does not include is listed on the pricing page. There is no hidden tier and no quote-only pricing for the published plans.

Terms are readable

Terms, privacy, subscription, and refund documents are published in full in the legal hub, in plain language rather than only in dense legal form.

We name the entity

The operating entities behind the product, website, and support contact are published rather than obscured behind a brand name.
