1. Our commitment

Empire is intended to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. Accessibility is considered as part of product design and development.

2. Reference standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference when designing and improving the product.

A reference to these guidelines does not by itself constitute a formal certification or independent conformance claim.

3. Product practices

We aim to use semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, accessible labels, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and clear form feedback across supported experiences.

We also work to keep important actions usable on mobile devices and at increased text sizes.

4. Ongoing improvement

Accessibility work is ongoing. Product changes, third-party components, browser differences, and complex interfaces can affect the experience, so we continue to review and improve key workflows over time.

5. Alternative access

If part of Empire is difficult to use with assistive technology, contact us and describe the task you are trying to complete. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or support through another suitable route.
