Get started

Build the right financial operating system for your business.

Tell us how your business currently manages money, invoices, clients, documents, tax records, and recurring responsibilities. We will help you identify the Empire plan and setup that best matches the way you work.

A straightforward way to get started

Getting started is a short conversation, not a long procurement process. The goal is to understand how your business operates before anything is configured.

  1. Step /01

    Tell us about your business

Share your business type, current workflow, preferred plan, and the areas you want to organize.

  2. Step /02

    Review the recommended setup

We will help determine which Empire plan and implementation approach best fits your requirements.

  3. Step /03

    Begin onboarding

Once your plan is confirmed, you will receive the next steps for configuring your Empire workspace.

What you end up with

Onboarding is finished when the workspace can answer everyday questions about the business without you rebuilding the answer from scratch.

A configured workspace

Your capabilities, categories, and recurring responsibilities are set up around the way your business actually operates, not a generic template.

Your records in one place

Existing income, expenses, invoices, clients, and documents are brought in and organized so the workspace reflects real history from day one.

A clear next-30-days view

Open invoices, upcoming deadlines, and recurring tasks are visible, so you know what needs attention without rebuilding the picture each week.

A handoff-ready structure

Records stay in a state an accountant or bookkeeper can work from, instead of being assembled at the end of the year.

What to include when contacting us

The more of this you can share up front, the more specific the recommendation will be. Nothing here is required to start the conversation.

  • Your business type
  • The number of people who need access
  • Your preferred Empire plan
  • The tools or spreadsheets you currently use
  • The financial and operational work you want to organize
  • Any implementation or onboarding requirements

Common questions

Do I need to have clean records before starting?
No. Most businesses start from spreadsheets, bank exports, invoices sitting in an inbox, and folders of receipts. Onboarding is designed around organizing what already exists rather than requiring a tidy starting point.
How long does setup usually take?
It depends on how much history you bring in and how many people need access. A single-operator workspace is typically usable quickly, while multi-person setups with several years of records take longer to organize.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans can be changed as the business grows. The workspace and its records stay the same; the plan determines the capabilities, seats, and level of assistance available.
Does Empire file taxes or give advice?
No. Empire organizes financial and administrative records and keeps them export-ready. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice and does not file on your behalf.
