Customer communication channels

Empire communicates with customers through email sent from Empire-controlled domains, notices inside the customer workspace, and contact forms published on the official website.

Empire does not request passwords, one-time codes, or full payment card details through ordinary support communications.

Transactions and agreements

Each purchase or subscription is documented in the applicable checkout, order confirmation, invoice, or agreement. Those records identify the contracting entity, software access or add-ons purchased, amounts payable, and applicable terms.
